Overview of Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Amazon Brand Manager to oversee and scale our Amazon operations. This role is focused on leading, structuring, and optimising a team responsible for day-to-day execution across Amazon accounts.

Responsibilities

  • - Lead, mentor, and manage a team handling Amazon operations
  • - Delegate tasks effectively and ensure high-quality execution across all functions
  • - Build processes, SOPs, and workflows to improve team efficiency and output
  • - Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance
  • Define and implement Amazon growth strategies across listings, PPC, and brand positioning
  • - Oversee performance metrics, including sales, conversion rate, TACoS, and profitability
  • - Supervise listing optimization including titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords
  • - Oversee keyword research and SEO strategy implementation
  • - Guide PPC strategy, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • - Ensure proper inventory planning, forecasting, and stock management
  • - Monitor account health, compliance, and customer experience
  • - Coordinate with design, content, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment
  • - Ensure brand consistency across listings, A plus content, and storefront

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field
  • - Certifications / Trainings in Amazon PPC or digital marketing are a plus

Tools & Technical Requirements

  • Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
  • Proficiency in Amazon PPC tools and campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar.
  • Knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO optimization techniques.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data analysis, reporting)
  • Basic understanding of A+ Content, Amazon Storefront, and listing images.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
